Am I covered?

JobCare is paid for by your employer. If your workplace offers JobCare, you're covered from your first day — no sign-up form, no insurance card, no cost to you.

Spouse and dependent children are covered at no additional cost.

How to start a visit

  1. 1.Scan the QR code on your JobCare workplace card or the poster in your break room, or open the link your employer texted you.
  2. 2.Confirm your name and date of birth.
  3. 3.A licensed clinician calls you back — by phone, no app needed.
